Spiritual Growth Workshops – Deepen your faith through powerful teachings on biblical service and fulfillment. Hands-On Ministry – Serve in local outreach projects, including a “Washing Feet” service for underserved women and a children’s ministry program. Prayer Walks & Community Impact – Cover the community in prayer while delivering food to families in need. Rest & Renewal – Be refreshed through worship, reflection, time at the beach and deep fellowship with like-minded women. Cultural Exploration – Enjoy a day of adventure visiting a volcano, exploring a local artisan market, and immersing yourself in a rich cultural experience.

Investment: Retreat $750 + Registration Fee $200 + flight (approx $800) (Includes lodging, meals, excursions, and ministry projects) the $200 non-refundable registration fee is required with application (after confirmed approval)
We are a registered Canadian Charity – your trip will be covered with a charitable tax receipt. You do have the ability to raise funds for your trip (retreat cost and flight), and others can also receive charitable tax receipts for their donations.

1. What is the purpose of this retreat?
This retreat is designed to be a time of spiritual growth, service, and renewal. You will have the opportunity to deepen your faith, serve others in meaningful ways, and experience personal transformation as you step away from the distractions of everyday life.
2. What kind of service projects will we be involved in?
We will be serving in various ways, including:
- A “Washing Feet” service project for underserved women, symbolizing humility and love.
- A children’s ministry outreach, where we will share God’s love through activities, storytelling, and prayer.
- Prayer walks and food delivery to families in need.
- Pour into the youth girls who in this country are so often used, abused and void of opportunities. This experience will take attendees on a journey of healing, helping them embrace their identity in Christ, reflect on their past, and step confidently into their God-given purpose
3. Do I need previous mission or ministry experience?
Not at all! This retreat is open to any woman with a heart to serve and grow in faith. Whether you’ve been on mission trips before or this is your first experience, you’ll be supported and encouraged every step of the way.
4. What is included in the retreat cost?
Your investment covers: Lodging for the entire retreat Daily meals and snacks All ministry projects and materials Guided excursions (volcano visit, artisan market, cultural experiences) Transportation within the retreat destination Powerful teaching, worship, and community connection
5. What is NOT included?
Your airfare or travel to the retreat location is not included, along with any personal shopping or extra excursions outside of the planned itinerary.
6. Will there be time to rest and reflect?
Absolutely! While this is a service-oriented trip, we have built in intentional time for rest, worship, and personal reflection. Our goal is for you to return home feeling spiritually renewed, not exhausted.
7. What should I pack?
A full packing list will be provided after registration, but essentials include:
- Comfortable, modest clothing for both service projects and worship sessions.
- Walking shoes for prayer walks and excursions.
- A journal and Bible.
- A heart ready for God to move!
8. Is this retreat physically demanding?
Most activities are accessible for all women, but there will be some walking and hands-on service opportunities. Please keep in mind that the climate is hot and we request you are in good health and able to handle the physical demands of the heat. If you have concerns about physical limitations, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
9. Can I come alone? Will I feel out of place?
Yes! Many women come alone, and you’ll quickly find a supportive, loving sisterhood. This retreat is designed to foster deep connections, encouragement, and community.
